Mocha Bar Recipe with Oreos

We’re a big fan of Oreo desserts around here. Oreos have so much flavor, and so many different varieties, that it’s always a worthwhile exercise to play around with them in recipes.
They are especially great for quick desserts and bite sized sweets.
Playing around with Oreos is a hobby of mine, and I’ve developed a new, tasty recipe.

These little bites of heaven are perfect for parties, and let me describe to you what you’re looking at.
There’s an Oreo and butter crust as the base, topped with a cheesecake Oreo and coffee mixture. Then drizzled on the top is some melted chocolate.
One small bite packs a delicious punch!
Here’s what you’re going to need to make these delicious bars.
Ingredients
- 1 package Mocha Oreo Cookies, divided – Java Chip works too
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 block)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips
These mocha bars should be stored in the refrigerator, and you can do that for up to five days. Store them in the freezer for up to six weeks. Bring them out of the freezer and let them come to room temperature before consuming.

Ingredients
- 24 Mocha Oreos divided (1 package)
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoons milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and line a square baking pan with foil. Set aside.
- Using a food processor, process 14 cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 10 seconds.24 Mocha Oreos, 2 Tablespoons butter
- Press crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan with the back of a spoon. Place into the refrigerator while you make the cheesecake filling.
- Add cream cheese, sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, instant coffee mixture, and egg to the food processor bowl. Process for 5 seconds and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Repeat this process three additional times until mixture is combined well. Coarsely crush remaining cookies and stir into cheesecake mixture.8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 egg(s), 1 Tablespoon instant coffee, 24 Mocha Oreos
- Remove crust from the refrigerator and spread cheesecake mixture onto the crust, smoothing it evenly.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or until there's no longer a jiggle in the center. Set aside to cool completely before refrigerating. Refrigerate before cutting into 16 bars.
- Microwave chocolate chips in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted. Drizzle with a spoon onto the cut bars, or place the chocolate into a sealable bag and snip the corner. Drizzle the chocolate onto the bars. Pop into the refrigerator until chocolate is set.2 Tablespoons milk chocolate chips
