Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 2 8 oz packages
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

For the Topping (optional)

  • Fresh berries or fruit compote

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease or line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
