Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese 2 packages
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6.6 ounces white chocolate pudding mix two 3.3 ounce packages
  • 1 cup dehydrated marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow ice cream topping
  • 12 graham crackers split into 24 halves
  • 1 lb milk chocolate almond bark
  • 1/2 cup melted white melting chocolate and sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, cool whip, milk, pudding mix, dehydrated marshmallows, and marshmallow topping to a stand mixer. Mix on high until well combined and stiff.
  • Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto a graham cracker. Top with another graham cracker. Repeat.
  • Place sandwiches in the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Place your almond bark in the microwave for one minute. Repeat until melted, stirring after each minute, until smooth.
  • Dip each s’more and then place on parchment paper to set. Top with sprinkles immediately (if desired). Once chocolate is set, melt down your white candy melts (if desired). Place in a piping bag, and drizzle over your s’mores.

Notes

If you don't have piping bags, you can also use a plastic sandwich bag with a corner snipped off.
