Little Debbie Star Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme 1 jar
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl, add butter, chocolate chips, caramel chips. Heat on 50% power for 30 seconds at a time until fully melted.
  • Add marshmallow creme to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the rice krispies, one cup at a time, until all ingredients are fully combined. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Using an ice cream scoop or large cookie scoop, place equal amounts of the chocolate mixture onto parchment paper. Flatten out the top using the bottom of the scoop or hand to press lightly.
  • Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
