Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Cream together both sugars with the butter.
Stir in the egg and vanilla.
Add all of the dry ingredients, besides the marshmallows, and stir into a dough.
Fold in the Lucky Charm Marshmallows.
Scoop 6 balls of dough, about 2 tablespoons each, onto your baking sheet, at least two inches apart and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until slightly gold on the bottom.
