1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup light brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon chai spice 1 egg(s) large 1/2 cup whole milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease your donut pans with non-stick baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and chai spice.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk just until no large lumps remain.
Divide the batter between the donut pans and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Turn the donuts out onto a wire rack to cool.
