MM Brownies
These rich and fudgy M&M brownies are perfect for dessert! They’re chocolatey, soft, and have a slight crunch.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
- 2 egg(s) large
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup M&M’s plus more to top
Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and 1/2 of the chocolate chips in a saucepan on medium to low heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in eggs, both sugars, and vanilla.
In a large bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, then pour the wet ingredients in and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the M&M’s and the rest of your chocolate chips until combined.
Pour into your baking dish and smooth out with a spatula.
Add more M&M’s on top if you’d like, then bake for about 45-55 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting and enjoying.
