Ingredients

  • 18.2 ounces dark chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 egg(s)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup holiday sprinkles up to 1 cup
  • 1/4 cup Wilton Candy Eyes

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the dark chocolate brownie mix and flour together with a fork or a whisk.
  • Stir in eggs, butter, chocolate syrup, and vanilla.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Create cookie dough balls using a two tablespoon cookie scoop. Roll the cookie dough ball into the sprinkle mixture until fully coated.
  • Place cookie dough balls on a baking sheet at least 2” apart on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 9 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
