- 48 Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 24 oz vanilla almond bark 1 package

Put the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
Place the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese into a stand mixer bowl with a paddle attachment and mix until combined.
Scoop out cookie mixture by the tablespoon and set on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Using your hands, roll truffles into balls.
Place the cookie sheet into the freezer for about twenty minutes until the truffles are firm.
Following instructions on the packaging, melt the almond bark completely.
Dip the chilled truffles into the melted almond bark. Then, transfer them on the clean parchment paper.
Sprinkle colored sprinkles on top of the truffles before the almond bark dries completely.
