Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer on medium speed to combine the butter and sugars until a crumby, sandy mixture forms. It's okay if there are still small/ medium-sized chunks of butter.
Add the caramel sauce, peanut butter, and eggs. Mix on medium speed with the hand mixer for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and completely combined. This should work out the remaining chunks of butter.
Gently whisk in the baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Stir the mixture continuously until no dry ingredients remain unincorporated.
Once the bits are combined, chill the dough for about an hour.
Cut the snickers bars into small pieces and set aside.
Place 1–2-inch balls of dough onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, top each cookie with 1-2 candy pieces and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely.
