Retro Disney Recipes: 18 Lost Park Dishes Fans Still Miss, Made at Home

Retro Disney recipes are having a moment, thanks to a brand new cookbook that brings back food from restaurants that closed long ago. The Unofficial Disney Parks Retro Cookbook by theme park writers Julie Tremaine and Carly Caramanna came out on October 13, 2026, with more than 60 recipes from about fifty lost park eateries and a foreword by Imagineer Bob Gurr. It all started with one man and a roll of plans in 1954. Here are our own easy home versions of the dishes fans still miss, from Main Street to EPCOT, made for cozy family dinners this holiday season..
