  • 1 banana(s) frozen
  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Ice cube(s) or more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you would like it thicker, you can add in more ice.

  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and extra cinnamon if desired.
