- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Ice cube(s) or more to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you would like it thicker, you can add in more ice.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and extra cinnamon if desired.
