Place your pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat the chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and remember to give the mixture a stir after each interval.
Transfer your chocolate to a piping bag with the smallest tip you have. Pipe chocolate onto each pretzel in the shape of a heart and then top with an M&M or some sprinkles.
Transfer your pretzels to the fridge for an hour, or until the chocolate is set.
Notes
If you don’t have a piping bag or only have large nozzles, then you can use a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off instead.Lining your baking sheet with parchment paper makes the pretzels easier to remove once the chocolate has set. If the chocolate sticks to the baking sheet then it can cause the pretzel bites to break when you try to remove them.
