Ingredients

  • 48 Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 24 oz vanilla almond bark 1 package
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Put the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
  • Place the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese into a stand mixer bowl with a paddle attachment and mix until combined.
  • Scoop out cookie mixture by the tablespoon and set on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Using your hands, roll truffles into balls.
  • Place the cookie sheet into the freezer for about twenty minutes until the truffles are firm.
  • Following instructions on the packaging, melt the almond bark completely.
  • Dip the chilled truffles into the melted almond bark. Then, transfer them on the clean parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle colored sprinkles on top of the truffles before the almond bark dries completely.
