Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons ginger
  • 3 teaspoon cloves
  • 3 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add all five spices and blend well using a whisk.
  • Transfer to a glass jar with lid combo or another airtight container. Store in a dry, dark cabinet for future use.
